Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair available on request. Patio with  private hot tub and garden furniture, BBQ, open to woodland with pond and nature trail. Parking for 4 vehicles. Sorry, no smoking. Two well behaved pets welcome.
Shop 3 miles. Pub 1 mile. Alton Towers 20 mins walk, 5 mins drive.

Please note: there are no gardens but guests are welcome to walk around the 30 acre woodland area; dogs should be kept on a lead at all times.
